Shipping Info

Shipping Information


All products are shipped via UPS or USPS within 48 hours of receipt of payment, not including weekends or holidays.  You will be notified with shipping details and information after placing an order. If you have questions regarding shipping or product delivery, please email sales@autolights4u.com for information.

International Orders

All duties, taxes and other shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Should the customer neglect to pay the appropriate duties/fees, Autolights4u  reserves the right to charge all applicable duties/fees to the customers credit card. International orders are not covered under the manufacturers warranty. If a product is discovered to be defective or needs service, all shipping costs to and from customer are the responsibility of the customer. International orders are non-refundable once shipped, and may only be exchanged. If delivery is refused or products are not delivered successfully, a refund for shipping will not be issued.

Return Policy
We're committed to providing the best customer service possible. Product will be replaced within 1 year of receipt of your order, if:

- Product is in its original packaging
- Product has a manufacture defect or wrong part was sent
- Product is not damaged due to customer neglect

- Product is complete

- Is not modified

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns. To request your R.G.A. #, please email request to sales@autolights4u.com. Please also include the order # and reason for the return when emailing us.  Once an RMA number has been issued, products must be returned within 15 days. Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of customer. Products purchased that received Free Shipping will receive a full refund minus a $15 shipping recovery charge.  If an item is discovered to be damaged due to buyer neglect, or is returned without all of the original packaging, the return will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. If the product is returned in other than the original packaging and arrives damaged, a refund will not be issued. 

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a replacement will be sent. The original Shipping & Handling is non-refundable. Sorry C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

You MUST return the item(s) first before replacement part(s) will be sent.

- Shipping Damage

If your product has been damaged in shipment, we must be contacted within 48 hours of receipt of the product in order to have that part replaced.
